In short
If a record isn't as described or arrives damaged, we'll sort it out. No quibbles. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a refund or replacement.
1. Our guarantee
We take pride in accurately grading and describing every record we sell. If the record you receive does not match the listed condition or description, we will offer a full refund or replacement at our discretion.
2. Eligibility for returns
You can return a record if:
- The record is not as described (condition, pressing, variant)
- The record arrived damaged during shipping
- The wrong item was sent
- You change your mind within 14 days of delivery (the record must be unopened/sealed for new items, or in the same condition as received for secondhand items)
3. How to request a return
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at [email protected], including your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions on how to return the item (or confirm a refund immediately for damaged/incorrect items).
- Post the item back to us (we will provide a return address). Please pack records carefully using appropriate mailers to avoid damage.
- Refund issued within 5 working days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.
4. Return shipping costs
- Our fault (wrong item, misgraded, damaged in transit): we pay return shipping.
- Change of mind: you pay return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service.
5. Damaged in transit
If your record arrives damaged, please photograph the damage (both the record and the packaging) and email us at [email protected]. In most cases, we can arrange a refund or replacement without requiring you to return the damaged item.
6. Non-returnable items
- Sealed new records that have been opened (unless faulty)
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Items in worse condition than when received
7. Refund processing
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item (or approving the return for damaged items). Please allow an additional 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
